Lagomá respects your privacy and only collects what we need to respond to your inquiries and fulfill your order. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can control it, in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What We Collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, project address, and message. We don't collect anything beyond what you choose to submit, and we don't use cookies or tracking scripts to build a profile of you.

How We Use It

Your information is used solely to respond to your inquiry, discuss and quote your project, and fulfill your order (including arranging installation or shipping). We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes, and we do not add you to a mailing list without your explicit consent.

Where It's Processed

Contact form submissions are delivered via Resend, an email delivery service, to our studio inbox. We use standard, reputable service providers to run our website and email — no data is processed by parties we haven't named here.

How Long We Keep It

We retain inquiry and order information for as long as reasonably needed to manage our business relationship with you (including any warranty or support related to your installation), and delete it on request where we're not required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.

Your Rights

Under POPIA, you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, request corrections, or request deletion. To exercise any of these rights, email team@lagoma.co.zaand we'll respond promptly.
